Encountered a very bad experience. Think twice before engaging any services. It’s my 2nd time buying HGH pens. I had communicated on the price via LINE for 16000baht per pen if buy 3 pens. However, when I flew over from Singapore after a week to purchase the pens at the clinic, I was told the price has increased to 17500baht as it’s a new batch n new packaging. I had no choice so I bought it since I already flew over from spore. When I tried to open the first pen, it LEAKED 8mg! I lost 80% of the ingredients. I immediately LINE message the clinic, was told they will get back to me. Told me to video call when i start the 2nd pen. So they updated me on the status of my first pen, that they can only give me 30% discount for 1 pen out of goodwill for the leakage pen! This is so unfair! I spent 17500baht and its inflated price with so called “new batch n packaging” yet it LEAKED! It had leaked 80% and the value is pretty expensive yet all I am compensated 30% on my NEXT PURCHASE for 1 pen. I am not gona spend another 17500 baht , who knows it might LEAK all!
Very rude little man with a god complex. He has had his account suspended and banned on real self. Very money hungry will promise the world and not deliver. The 5 star reviews on here have been bought.
Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient staff. The Doctor was also friendly, honest and informative.
Had Ultherapy here a week ago. Excellent treatment, very knowledgeable doctor and caring nurses on hand. Highly recommend. Will come back again without hesitation.
