Ci siamo recati in questa clinica su indicazione dell'assicurazione viaggio che avevamo stipulato prima di partire perchè la mia compagna ha avuto una intossicazione alimentare batterica dopo avere mangiato presso il ristorante del resort in cui alloggiavamo che le ha causato vomito e disidratazione. Arrivati sul posto, le è stato fatto un veloce triage (temperatura e pression) ed è arrivato dopo pochi minuti un medico che parlando perfettamente inglese ci ha spiegato esattamente cosa avrebbero fatto. Il team composto da alcune infermiere ha subito fatto degli esami del sangue e ha somministrato una flebo reidratante oltre ad antibiotico e antidolorifico e dopo un'ora e mezza circa la mia compagna si è sentita subito meglio. Il team ha poi fornito una cura da proseguire i giorni successivi lasciando medicinali e sali minerali con il dettaglio in inglese del tipo di medicinale e quando prenderlo premettendoc di proseguire la nostra vacanza in tranquillità. Consiglio assolutamente questa clinica. Il team è stato estremante disponibile e professionale! Grazie!
I used to call for service at a hotel. The staff arrived at their destination very quickly. I was impressed with the service and hygienic treatment. and there are recommendations that do not take advantage of patients.
I would not recommend this clinic. I came in because I stepped on a sea urchin and needed the spines removed. It’s a barefoot clinic, so my first concern was that I was going to get an infection, or drip blood on the floor and someone else would step in it. The service was prompt and within 10 minutes the staff brought me into the exam room. There was a dried blood spot on the floor and the plastic gurney was dirty, with no covering whatsoever. None of the staff were wearing badges so I don’t know who was taking care of me. The (I’m assuming she was a nurse) nurse tried to get the spines out of my foot with plastic forceps until we asked her to use metal ones. After about 20 minutes, I took a break to use the restroom, which had no toilet paper and an inch-deep puddle of sandy water in it, which concerned me because of the now open wound in my foot, among other things. I stayed another 30 minutes or so, until they told me they got the urchin spine out. When i asked to see it, they showed me a few tiny specks they had removed. I now have a large hole in my foot and I believe the urchin spine is still in it. I left in a lot of pain and wish I had tried to remove it myself, instead it visiting this clinic. I’m giving a 2 star review because the staff were polite and the service was quick, but the place is unhygienic and I do not believe they knew what they were doing.
