been waiting to do an echo for 2 hours now. when asked to the staff about the progress, the response was really horrible. just like they don't care

The hospital in general has good service and standards but the actual rehabilitation clinic is not quite like the pictures, it’s a bit run down but i noticed renovation is underway so maybe that is why. unfortunately the clinic’s appointments team never call back when they claim they will, never send reminders the day before, and they never send any documents as promised, for example when i showed up for therapy one day I asked to get a list of past appointments for work and they keep promising to do so but never do it, and the following appointments i have to physically come and ask them, always the same story. seem somewhat disorganized, especially scheduling and booking. calling is difficult, there is no way to get a hold of them, i physically have to go to the rehab clinic at the hospital to actually get anyone to schedule anything sadly. feels like going to a govt hospital really poor patient flow and experience, perhaps i should have gone to bumrungrad or another hospital
