We walked so much and shopped for the last 2 days. And last night after going for a night 90 min massage we felt no relief of any tightness on our back and feet and hands. Decided to walk in to stretch me clinic and took a 30mins “sports express stretch”. To our surprise. Then ambience is great and the stretch release all my tightness on my back and butt and all. It was really worth it. Am going again tomorrow before leaving Bangkok.

However, the journey to locate the establishment within Central World proved to be a tad challenging. I found myself wandering for a good quarter of an hour after stepping into Grand Central, only to discover that neither the information service counters nor the directory listings were acquainted with this particular clinic. It necessitated a direct communication with the clinic to navigate my way through the labyrinthine mall. Tucked away on the second floor in the Dazzle Zone, Stretch Me finds its abode behind the prominent facades of ZARA and Nike. It is a hidden gem that one can only stumble upon by traversing through either of these shops, a quaint surprise awaiting at the end of an inconspicuous journey. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with inquiries regarding any specific ailments, to which I highlighted a need for attention on both my lower and upper back. The staff, proficient and attentive, assigned me to Fai, a therapist whose expertise in sports science made her an exemplary communicator and practitioner. Fai demonstrated commendable proficiency, employing stretches and pressure techniques that significantly alleviated the discomfort in my upper back, a testament to her prowess and understanding of the human body. This relief was most welcome, especially considering the strain my back had endured from regular gym sessions and golf. The session itself was transformative. I emerged feeling rejuvenated, with a noticeable improvement in my flexibility, to the extent that touching my toes while seated became an effortless endeavor. In summary, my visit to Stretch Me at the Central World branch was marked by exceptional customer service and a highly effective stretching session. For those navigating the expanse of Grand Central Bangkok in search of a sanctuary for their physical well-being, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.
It’s not cheap. But given the environment and services, I think it’s worth it.
