Poor and slow service. Avoid this place at all costs. Even if we got an appointment, we still needed to wait for almost an hour. This happened to us twice.
Didn't have to wait too long inspite of visit without an appointment.
I went for a chronic skin rash and something growing on my scalp. The doctor said, They are not bad enough yet come back in 2 weeks. What a waste.
DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst office ever! Dr. Anan Watcharhachittitam is the worst doctor and human I have ever encountered. My fiancee fractured her face in 3 spots and we met with the doctor to discuss surgery. He said she needed surgery immediately and the next day we scheduled surgery. We went in early to talk with the doctor again. We asked questions such as how many surgeries have you done? What is your success rate?. He got offended and threw the paperwork back at us. We still needed the surgery and went to the waiting room and his staff told us that he no longer wanted to do the surgery because we asked too many questions. This doctor priorities his ego over the safety of his patients and it is disgusting. He should lose his license immediately! It took us 3 hour to get the paperwork we needed to return to the United States to get the surgery done by a REAL doctor. If anyone knows how I can report this doctor then please let me know. I dont want anyone to have to deal with him.
We have been regularly visiting RAM, we got our child at RAM and our kids paediatrician is practicing at RAM. But this visit for a minor plastic surgery consultation left us stunned. At first, we wished to see a price list but the nurse informed us there was none and we need to make an appointment with the doctor for a consultation. A few days later we visited the recommended surgeon and the nurse started to measure blood pressure. After explaining that we only have an informal meeting / consultation, and not for a medical reason, she still insisted due to protocol. The meeting with the surgeon took 20 minutes and he informed us about the general procedure, everything that one could easily find on the internet. When asking for the price, he said that he did not know but that it was in the price range of xx-xx BHT. The nurse will call you. They charged THB 900 for this consultation and we were even not informed of the price for the plastic surgery. We were not informed that the consultation would be charged for at all, which is a sales pitch after all. The surgeon and the hospital want to sell a plastic surgery, why should the consultation or price quote cost anything? Furthermore, we did not receive any brochures, print outs or formal price list. We felt that they could easily adapt the price quote based on how much -they believe- they can get out of you. This is against all good business conduct. We paid nevertheless and left - and will not be back.
