First of all, the communication in WhatsApp before the appointment was informative and kind. As I entered the clinic, the place felt very cozy and welcoming. It helped me to feel relaxed and open to talk about my problem. All the staff were very kind and attentive. I felt I was treated like a queen. A lot of details to esthetics, comfort and the place feels clean and fresh. Ksenia at the reception was very kind to collect all the medical info and inform about the options and prices of treatments. Dr. Rapheephan was welcoming and patiently listened to my problem and answered my question. I felt she has an experience and confidence in what she does. The medical check went well and was informative, as she was describing to me what is happening. I received needed medication and tests and all the receipts for my insurance. To summarize, I’m very happy with the treatment and the kindness of the team. I’m looking forward to a similar place in Koh- Phangan!
It's freaking crazy! All they want is money from you! They tell you, you need to do this test and that test, every time the most expensive one, but when you ask them why, they just can't give you a proper answer! They don't know why they doing the tests, they just know, you get results and pay money. Just been there to actually do one test, did not need anything else, they forced me to speak to the doctor for 2min, and I already told them a couple of times before that, that I don't need that, just need to do the test. "You have to talk to doctor". Then I paid 2000 Baht for a 2min chat with the doctor, so the doctor said "Yes you can do the test." HE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ELSE. He just wanted to give me ultrasonic, which would have cost even more. I told him no, I've just been on Bali. If you have another option. Go somewhere else. Or do you have to much money?
This is my first pregnancy and the doctors and staff made me feel very comfortable and calm. They explained everything in detail, all questions I ask, silly or serious, were answered professionally. The facility is clean, they are responsive to may calls and messages, and very clear about pricing for each visit and following visits. I would recommend to everyone over and over.
