I had a wonderfully well rested stay at the exquisite RAKxa Wellness resort. Top notch, state of art wellness and medical equipments, exceptional whole body and mind treatments. The nutritional food at UNAM was aesthetically pleasing and delicious; and the villa was a sanctuary. Special shout outs to Yin (my adviser), Jay (UNAM), Nok & Ohm (Jai/Gaya), Sabby (pilates instructor) and all the buggy ambassadors/medical doctors & nurses at Jai/Gaya/Vitalife/UNAM for your warm, big smiles and attentiveness to my needs. Regretted if I did not get your names or wrong names but I sure remember your happy faces. Look forward to seeing you again!
Excellent facilities, food and service. To witness a change in your health, you should stay for at least 7 - 10 days.
الحمدلله كان افضل قرار ان احجز في هذا المكان. راحة نفسية ومكان رايق جداً انصح فيه. بعيد عن الصخب والإزعاج وتجلس مع ذاتك وايضاً تنام بشكل صحي
The ultimate pampering.
Hotel Overall, my experience was not very positive, unfortunately. I did not get the relaxation I was desperately looking for. 1 It started with a new condition which I shared with the team before arrival, they ensured it won’t be a problem considering the great variety of treatments. It turned out to be the opposite - no one was informed and they did not want to offer any of the booked treatments and it took two days of my vacation to find new ones which I experienced as stressful and uncomfortable. There was no good flow or treatments or concept for me. For example, I really wanted customized supplements. So we booked the expensive blood test and added to the budget for supplements. I got the blood results 2 hours before leaving the hotel without any supplements! This means I paid about 25000 baht for a blood test I could have done for free at home. They must have known before that they were not willing to advice on them in my case and that it usually takes longer to order. Many of the appointments I got were to use my budget rather than the best fit for me. 2 there were two construction sides; next to the hotel and opposite of the hotel in the industrial area with heavy drilling. It was not possible for me to enjoy the pool or Villa garden due to noise pollution Overall, the staff is very nice and well trained!
