I’ve seen Sharda for 2 years, and have grown tremendously as a person: unpacking anxiety, managing bipolar disorder, navigating relationships and grief. Sharda brings tons of experience to our sessions, and has a compassionate tough love approach, which was exactly what I needed in this chapter of my life. She’s an excellent champion, and helped me build up my confidence as an adult woman. Thank you Sharda, and thank you to Dr Ben for the recommendation.
In our couples counseling sessions, right from the second session Sharda just kept telling us we should think about splitting up. She was very, I cannot emphasize just how much, prescriptive about our relationship which isn't what counsellors are supposed to do. There were multiple sessions when we would go in feeling like we could make it work and leave confused and utterly deflated. Sharda was not the right person to guide us through, unfortunately, we stuck with her. Things ended.
Dr. Ben is a very nice person
