Feels more like prison and torture. None of the nurses speaks English. They don't accommodate to my and my 1 year old daughter's needs of sleep and awake time. They woke up my daughter at 12 am without preparing me for it, and then she was awake the rest of the night. This after asking at 9pm if I can put her to sleep for the night, and the nurse said ok (obviouslythey sint understand what I'm saying and they just say ok to anything without listening). I was very shocked by this..If I would have known I would have kept her awake, so we could get a night's sleep. I write this review at 05:35 am after just putting my daughter to sleep, then they will wake us up after just a few hours. The patient needs to be involved in what will happen, it's not ok to wake up a baby like that 😭 also one of the nurses grabbed my 1 year old daughter by the tube going from a needle in her hand. Not emphatic. Doesn't feel caring at all. Also cold water only in the shower and I felt nautious after the food.Terrible experience!
I had the unfortunate case of pedestrian accident in Koh Lanta when a taxi drove on me with the result of 2 broken bones on my leg. Was sent to hospital for immediate surgery. Spent a week there in a private room. Unfortunately after 4 weeks one surgery wasn't enough and another trip to Trang for the second surgery. Another week spent there. After a couple of weeks one more trip because of necrosis by the wounds. Only day trip this time. To conclude: Very good service quality, mainly very nice nurses, food excellent, rooms comfy and peaceful atmosphere. The biggest thanks goes to the doctors, Dr Porkit Boonkong and Dr Daranee Kwangaew Harper. Their professionalism and also great sense of humour made my stay safe, sound and relieved.
I was hospitalized here due to a medical emergency while on holiday in Thailand. During my convalescence, the staff, including the doctors and nurses, were all wonderful, consistently visiting and checking up on me, always with a smile. It's a great place with great people. I'll make sure to stop by and say hello on my next holiday!
Alors que nous étions a koh Lanta notre fils de 8 ans s est plaint du ventre avec une fièvre très élevée... Après 2 jours nous sommes donc allé à la clinic de koh Lanta qui nous a transféré en ambulance a Trang pour la prise en charge. Je dois dire que nous étions très anxieux et la prise en charge de notre fils a été au delà de nos espérances... Tout le personnel est à l écoute et fait de son mieux pour nous rassurer. Nous avons pu voir le chirurgien tous les jours. Les infirmières sont très compétente. Si ce témoignage peux rassurer tout ceux qui comme nous n auront pas de chance...
