En fait, effectivement, c'est assez vieillot. Je n'y vais qu'une fois par an, pas pour des soins, mais pour obtenir un certificat médical d'un hôpital pour la prolongation d'un an de mon visa retraité "O" (ou "O-A"), car ils font ça pour seulement 250 THB. Imbatable ! Le "Bandon Hospital" est bien plus cher: 650 THB, car il font un "X-Ray" des poumons (inutile), et le "Bangkok Samui Hospital" encore plus cher : 900 THB. Je vais au "Bandon Hospital" une fois par an pour un "check-up" complet + "PSA" pour un très bon prix. Et pour les soins: "Bangkok Samui Hospital". J'ai 68 ans, et j'habite ici à Lamai depuis 9 ans.

I was hesitant to go to the hospital as I’m not from Thailand but I had a really positive experience. I was seen to straight away by 2 nurses and straight after that the doctor saw me. The doctor was very thorough and listened to every thing I had to say and wrote it all down. The nurses and doctor were all very friendly and spoke English with no issues. I ended up having to stay for about 4 hours but was given my own private room and bed with pillow and blanket and water. If you’re hesitant to go like I was, I would say it’s so worth it, for the treatment, medication, and peace of mind. I’m very grateful they were all so helpful.
Came in with infected wounds, they didn’t clean it properly and gave me the wrong medicine which gave nerve damage. Also grossly overcharged medicines
Rude, unhelpful, dirty, and disorganized. Try Bangkok IH, or Thailand IH instead. Avoid this place and their unprofessional reception.
