อยากให้ กระตือรือร้น รวดเร็ว กับการบริการมากกว่านี้ และควร ตรงต่อเวลาค่ะ เวลาเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก
Although I was helped by this hospital, the evening staff had difficulty putting up my antibiotic drip. Twice. Excess fluid was swished into my vein causing pain. I also arrived for an appointment at 8 a.m. which should have taken two hours but left the hospital at 12.35 p.m. A visit from Buddhist monks interrupted the hospital-appointments schedule that morning. I complained at reception and the Thais apologised. I said I could withhold payment because of the short-comings. I experienced further delays and my partner was asked to pay while I was still stretched out, undergoing treatment (about 11.20 a.m.). On the last day a skin infection was also diagnosed and 3 days of in-patient care were suggested. I declined. All in all, the treatment helped but the drip-site still pains me (after several days). I believe my complaint about the hospital not getting my appointment time right was not taken seriously, and because it may have caused a loss of face, the Thais delayed me further and asked for payment before finishing my treatment. Needless to add, the hospital charges large sums of money for its expertise (but as noted I had constant problems with nursing staff on the 2 evenings I had to attend for antibiotic drips).
