เข้าฉุกเฉินตอนตี3 อาการอาหารเป็นพิษรุนแรง เวียน อาเจียน ถ่าย ยืนไม่ไหว ฉีดยาแล้วแต่ไม่ดีขึ้น จึงขอนอนพักก่อน เนื่องจากไม่สามารถกลับบ้านได้ ทีมงานเดินมาปลุกตลอดและแจ้งว่าต้องกลับเนื่องจากอยู่นานไม่ได้ เข้าใจว่าห้องฉุกเฉินมีระยะเวลา แต่ควรให้คนไข้พักตรงจุดอื่นก็ได้ แต่พยายามจะให้ออกไปอย่างเดียว คิดราคาสูงเกินจริงไปมาก พยาบาลและทีมงานที่เจอวันนั้นไม่สามารถตอบคำถามใดๆได้ แค่เช็คสิทธิประกันกลับแจ้งว่าเช็คไม่ได้ พยาบาลห้องฉุกเฉินพูดถึงอาการของเราเหมือนขำขัน โดยรวม บริการไม่สมราคา จะไม่กลับไปอีก ปรับปรุงอย่างด่วนค่ะ

Während in deutschen Krankenhäusern viel getan wird, um die Bindung zwischen Mutter und Kind nach der Geburt zu fördern, wird in diesem Krankenhaus alles getan, um die Bindung zwischen Mutter und Kind zu zerstören. Darunter sofortiges Wegnehmen des Babys nach der Geburt, sofortiges Trennen der Nabelschnur, sofortiges Waschen des Kindes, Geben der Flasche auch wenn das Baby gestillt werden soll, die Wünsche des Patienten werden komplett ignoriert. Ich und mein Kind wurden nicht wie Menschen behandelt, sondern wie Gegenstände. Als ich meine Hand auf den Rücken meines Sohnes legen wollte, wurde ich angeschrien und festgehalten. Mehrere Stunden durfte ich das Krankenhaus nicht verlassen. Es gab kein Bett oder einen privaten Rückzugsraum. Nach diesem Vorfall habe ich mehrfach versucht, die Krankenhausleitung zu kontaktieren aber ohne Erfolg. Man bezahlt viel Geld und wird behandelt wie in einem Gefängnis. Das Krankenhaus sieht edel aus aber der Umgang mit den Patienten ist schrecklich.

Yesterday, we went to the hospital, but we were not happy with the service. We had an appointment, but they made us wait a long time to see the doctor. The eye doctor, whose shift was from 2 to 6 PM, left us and went out. After 1 and half hour , he came back to the hospital to visit us. The nurse said he went to the toilet but took about 1 and a half hours. How can someone leave their work in the middle of their shift,unfortunately they took doctor name from his office door so I don’t know his name to make complain to hospital , Building. B 3 floor ,

วันนี้รู้สึกแย่จริงๆ กับทางโรงพยาบาล

It's all about money and not about Healthcare. My appointment was simply canceled as my private insurance did not give the pre-authorisation. For me, it looks that they work more hand in hand with my insurance instead of providing any Healthcare to me. I would have paid from my own pocket, but this option didn't even occur to them. Appointment was simply canceled. By now I have received an email from my Luma insurance with more information about my past Bangkok Pattaya Hospital history then any of their Doctors ever shared with me. Medical records dating back to 2007 were all shared. I am not sure if this is even legal. I went now to Pattaya International Hospital which I can highly recommend. My health concerns came first, before anyone talked about insurance coverage. Since Bangkok Pattaya Hospital basically screwed up my insurance coverage, I had to pay myself, but Pattaya International Hospital was as well only half the price from what they wanted to charge me at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital. I had previous also received great services from them, but it has turned just to be a careless moneymaking Hospital. At least at their dermatology department.
