My 2nd visit, but hopefully not my last one, 18 days of wonderful resort, extremely friendly helping team with professionalism. I achieved all my targets of Detoxing, weight loss, muscle build up & more flexibility with joy among nice people participating from around the world with same mind set & motivations. Even my physician during my routine check up visit 2 weeks after my return home stated: oh, Hisham what did they do to you over there!! These are the best results in 5 years. . Thanks to every single person in NBAM. See you again soon.

I have been to NBAM off and on for years and this time I took four of my friends with me for two weeks. Over the years the service and staff is above other detox, wellness and weight loss place. The program is amazing and is catered to your needs. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be back again soon.

Ok back again Cant thank the staff enough nothing has change with them so helpful Came back for a reset and thats exactly what i got so anyone looking for a fresh start with there body and more importantly the mind dont wait get here Fantastic retreat love the place and staff very professional complete makeover Fully recommend to anyone that needs a mental and physical rest BTW Some of the negative reviews should be treated on merit I don’t believe any of them to be truthful Take it from me this place is the most caring place with wonderful staff to help you through the program So I will be coming back again for another reset

Worst Detox Resort ever in the whole Thailand. I go to detox every year and tried quite a few different places. Some of them were great some ok but this is the worst I ever been. Photos on their website are completely different to reality. Place is dark, grotty, tired, worn out and what is more important not clean. Half of their equipment does not work. Whatever they offer during program does not mean you will get it. The owner Peter is very unpleasant man who does not have a clue about customer service, health or detox. Same as his so called "health guru" ex Italian cook Alessandro. He can make really nice pasta but clueless about detox and health in general. What you receive during fast is not balanced and this is the first time in 15 years of my annual fast /detox I felt awful. They use few really cheap supplements so your body does not receive proper and enough support during fast hence feeling very tired and fragile. Hygiene is another big issue in New Body and Mind. Few days after my stay I realised that housekeepers don't clean colema board (board you use for colonics) Basically whatever comes out during colonic stays on the board. We showed it to Peter but did not receive any feedback. Another few days after i released that girls at massage place do not change covers in between the clients. Bungalows are dark, small, tired and need proper refurb urgently. Every time I was doing massage I asked them to change it in front of me not to smell someone's else sweat. The list is endless. Place is not nice at all and I would recommend to everybody to look anywhere else but not New Body and Mind.
