Wir haben nur Gutes zu berichten. Eine Entzündung im Wurzelkanal wurde sehr professionell behandelt und versorgt. Auch ein Dankeschön an die Damen der Anmeldung. Wir wurden gut betreut und sie haben schnelle Termine gemacht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!
Went for a rooth canal wich costs 10000 baht, ok with the price but in the end had to pay an additional 3500 baht for closing my tooth with a filling wich i think is normal for a rooth canal treatment, or is it normal to leave it open after treatment. They treathened me to call the police if I didn’t pay the amount. The filling was in between 1500 and 3500 baht but i ofcourse had to pay the full 3500. Treatment was good but the prces are ridiculous.
I went here a while ago to get my tooth extracted. The price would be between 2500 and 5000 thb, they said. Of course it ended up being 5000. When I asked why it was 5000 instead of 2500, she said they always charge 5000. These prices are higher than I Europe. And the photo was supposed to cost 350 but at checkout I had to pay 600. They have 2 different books with prices for different people. There are only 2 dentists on the island but the other one opens at 5 pm so this one kind of knows we don't really have a choice if you need to go in daytime. But next time I will go to the other one or go to Krabi. And the girl at the reception doesn't care and even laughs when you say something about it. Not a very good experience, not recommended.
One of the best dentists I've ever been to! Very professional practice and friendly staff! Dr. Joyce Aramboonpong is a very good and professional dentist with empathy and time to explain everything. She helped me in a very desperate situation and advised me just perfectly. I had to have many dental treatments, so I had time to gain many impressions. The practice is very modern and advanced and I had the feeling that I was in very good hands. Communicating in English was not a problem at all. I'm very grateful that they were able to solve all my problems! Thanks to the whole team!
I give this place 3 stars only becouse surgeon was very nice and professional. The girl on reception have no soul. I came with terrible toothache. I asked to check what happened, becouse even opiates didn’t help me. She said that doctor (dentist first) have no time. I was crying like a baby, sitting there and asking for help, because pain was really strongest I ever had. But she were indifferent. Just repeated: Have no time! Understand?! They made appointment those evening only. But dentist did nothing, even rejected to open the tooth. Next day, when surgeon get the chance to look at my problem I already had all cheek swollen. I had a tooth extracted. They prescribed a bunch of antibiotics. The surgeon was very surprised that appointment was not made the same day. It was the first time I met with such indifference to other people's pain in Thailand. The girl at the reception desk has no heart, really.
