What can I say, if you are looking for a Certified Dermatologist graduate, look no further! Doctor Palm knows her craft and has countless Satisfied customer for Aesthetics, Calf Surgery, Liposuction and Skin cases.
I did the calf MICP here twice. The 1st time, I paid 60K for the procedure itself and 10K extra for medication + compression stockings. The 2nd time, I said I didn't need new stockings but I was still charged the same full price. Now 1 month after my 2nd appointment, I asked for the compression stockings, since I paid for the procedure fully and I had not received all the materials yet. Their only response is compression stockings cost 1800฿ if I want them. I was appalled at this bait and switch behavior. I was not informed that I would be forfeiting my compression stockings by refusing them at my 2nd calf MICP appointment. Why should I pay for the stockings again if I already paid for them at my appointment?? This is truly an unethical business practice that only aims to milk as much money as possible from its clientele. This is evident in the mandatory extra materials they add on at the end of the procedure (60k + 10k) instead of simply advertising it as one all inclusive price (70k) because these extras are NOT optional. It is unfair to the client and extremely shady. Just because I can afford these procedures doesn't mean I don't value my money and I'm okay with being treated like a doormat.
