I was doing detox in this place in September 2023 . It's best experience ever . It's my second home now . I want to do detox there as often as possible . Manta treated me very good . Thank you , Manta ❤️. Thanks God I visited this beautiful island .
I spent 11 nights here and it felt like paradise - Lovely location on the beach, on the quieter side of the island, bungalows are very comfortable with en-suite and air con. I really enjoyed my time at Manta’s retreat, she will take very good care of you during your stay. Thank you for the great hospitality, I hope to return again!

This is my 4th visit to Dr Manta in beautiful Samui. Each time differing in length of time but I always come away loosing 1/2 kg per day on the programme, feeling incredibly relaxed, white of eyes so much brighter, skin clearer, more radiant and faster brain functioning. Dr Manta is great at personalising a plan for each client and will change it accordingly if she is not getting the desired results. Her commitment to your health is foremost. I have had both cupping and acupuncture on numerous occasions from Dr Manta, both of which were very professional. Health Retreat Samui is a small intimate retreat with a high level of personal care and attention. The rooms are air conditioned, comfortable and clean with bathrooms ensuite. It is set on a beautiful beach for long walks and swimming. There is also a pool for clients that prefer this option.
Dr Manta is committed to the care and wellbeing of everyone that passes through her retreat, her detox knowledge is unsurpassable, her natural rapport with clients is wonderful, I came away with lots of knowledge and most importantly a friend for life.
