Your child needing surgery in Thailand is a stressful experience but First Western were wonderful. Christine went above and beyond anything we could have asked in care, advice and support for both my son and I. I cannot speak more highly of the standard of care, compassion and support we received. First Western is absolutely the place to go.
I came with a spike in my leg, they wanted 2000 thb just to see a doctor for 1 minute, only for the doctor to tell me it should cost 10k thb to treat only this spike in my leg! I asked before seeing the doctor what may be the roughly price and they said 4-5k.. So had to pay 1600 THB for 1 minute of doctor meeting without any treatment, very disappointed..
הבת שלי אושפזה בבית החולים עם דנגי , דאגו לה וטיפלו בה בצורה מצויינת. הצוות הרפואי מקצועי מאוד , האחיות והאחות הראשית מדברות אנגלית והתקשורת איתם הייתה ברורה , הגעתי להיות איתה ושמחתי לראות שהצוות קשוב , הרופא הסביר בצורה ברורה את המצב הרפואי ומה מהלך המחלה. והקפידו על הבדיקות היומיות וההיגיינה. תנאי האשפוז היו מצוינים, בחדר פרטי עם ספה נפתחת ללינת מלווה . קריסטין משרות הלקוחות הייתה מקסימה ועזרה רבות לבת שלי התקופה בה הייתה לבדה בבית החולים , גם לי כשהגעתי הייתה ממש מועילה ונתנה את כל האינפורמציה . תודה לבית החולים וכל הצוות על הטיפול המסור בבת שלי . אלי
Unprofessional and inconsistent. My wife needed a few blood tests done, which we had done here in the past. In 2020 and 2021 this hospital was well managed and professional. Since we came back to Thailand we’ve been there twice and a lot has changed. Each time there is a lot of confusion about the prices and tests, there are unexplained fees and surcharges. Example, nowadays you have to pay a doctor’s fee, nurse fee and hospital fee. So any visit starts at 2000 baht. Tests are charged on top of that. When meeting the “doctor” (whose name tag actually states “nurse”) he has no clue of the tests you have requested or the prices the reception has already printed out for you. Then they go back change several of the tests to something else which costs more. Last time we went ahead with it and just did the test regardless but the same thing happened today and we chose to go to another clinic instead. To clarify the tests we had requested were first quoted at 7.125 THB, then after the doctor/nurse(?) changed it, it was 8.450 THB. The same tests were later done by Dr. T (which is 200m down the road) for a total of 2.980 THB. I find this highly unprofessional and not very trust inspiring. I will try to avoid this hospital unless absolutely necessary.
