Enliven You

I have just wrapped up a second profound medical experience as a result of Enliven's facilitation. I suffered a serious injury a few years ago and happened to stumble upon the services provided by Enliven Health Concierge. The medical services I ended up receiving through Enliven's assistance profoundly impacted my recovery journey. So much so that I just recently engaged them for a 2nd round of treatments. The service is top notch. The process of researching and trusting in the medical therapies can be daunting. Having an ally through this company was instrumental in helping me make the decision to move ahead. The team's communication is tremendous and was a sign of the professionalism I encountered when first meeting them and continued through my final treatment. Sifting through the overwhelming amount of information (if one can even locate it) can be a daunting task. Like building a house when I have no idea how. The team guided me through the process start to finish and in an authentic and transparent way. Solid all around!

I recently used enliven to help me find a quality doctor and aesthetic clinic. Everything was so easy with the service, all I had to do was give my available times and what I needed and the rest was taken care for me! The doctor I was sent to was amazing and I am super happy with the services that enliven booked for me. There are so many choices here in Bangkok for everything and having reliable people help you find the best fit doctors and clinics is such a valuable service! They also helped me book and confirm a RT-PCT test for upcoming travel. I highly recommend Enliven for all your health care needs!

This has got to be one of the best services! In my circumstance as an expat just new the Bangkok having traveled quite a bit, researching good medical care Is tiresome and finding care your comfortable with can be draining. Since I moved to Bangkok enliven has facilitated some of the most daunting processes of being an expat. I’m super happy I’ve found them and would highly recommend!!

I have been incredibly impressed with the services provided by Enliven. There are SO MANY hospitals and doctors in Bangkok, and it was feeling so overwhelming to try to figure out where I could receive the best care. I reached out with an initial request for a dr recommendation, and was pleasantly surprised when the team at Enliven not only recommended an amazingly qualified and kind dr, but also made all of my appointments for me and followed up with my insurance company. Then later, when I realized that I’d need to pay for my appointments out-of-pocket, I asked the team at Enliven to help me find an equally-great dr who was more within my budget. I could not be more pleased with the dr they recommended. Not only is this dr completely amazing at what she does, the people at Enliven have continued to go above-and-beyond to show their support and interest in getting me the best care possible. I ended up needing surgery, and the Enliven team helped me handle paperwork, submitted necessary documents for me, reminded me about pre-surgery appointments, AND checked in on me throughout my recovery. Something I also love about Enliven is that they don’t make blanket recommendations for entire hospitals or clinics - they vet individual doctors to make sure they are highly qualified as well as personable and empathetic. In the past week, I've had cause to use Enliven Concierge THREE times for three different purposes: dermatology appt, GI appt, and RT-PCR test as I'm soon to leave the country. I cannot say enough good things about them. Honestly, I thought a concierge sounded like a rich person's assistant for getting into the high end medical establishments and I avoided using them no matter how many times I'd heard them recommended. Boy, was I wrong (well, they can function for that purpose, too, but there's so much more!). If you're of a certain age you may remember that wonderful person in libraries called a Reference Librarian who could help you find anything, anywhere, with enough time to research on your behalf and all for free. Or, that really good hotel concierge who doesn't just recommend the priciest establishments but actually knows all the little ins and outs of the community. Well, those are getting closer to what Enliven does. They messaged me back and forth on Messenger (even after hours) to not only be sure I got what I wanted for an appointment but when they found out I was sick and needed to reschedule they were very kind and helpful (as a single person living alone that was appreciated even more!). This was such an amazing visit that I took my first ever selfie with a doctor (thank you, Dr. PUNYAPHAT SIRITHANABADEEKUL (Dermatologist extraordinaire) at Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital)! Later I decided I should try to get some GI concerns looked into before going into quarantine and asked the Enliven staff if they worked with MedPark as I was due to get my covid vaccine done there and wanted to combine the appointments since I don't have much time. Not only was the answer yes but, once again I found a fantastic doctor (Dr. Sureeporn Jangsirikul, GI doctor at MedPark Hospital) who also was able to schedule me an ultrasound in between her consult and my vaccine and got me checked in so that I didn't have to stand in line for that. BTW, that hospital is truly amazing for the teamwork and efficiency. I've not had a bad hospital experience here (my only bad experience was a clinic which is not run by Thai staff) but this was FAR and ABOVE anything I've seen anywhere. Oh, and then they arranged my RT-PCR test and answered all my myriad of questions to be sure that I would get what I needed in the time span I needed it and not be gouged financially. The only regret for this service is that they only work with a select group of providers, so they may not work with the cheapest or closest hospital or clinic to you. But, you still won't regret calling/messaging/emailing them to see how they can help you. THANK YOU TO ALL THE ENLIVEN STAFF for your kindness, prompt replies, efficient, and professional service.
