Careful And Kind Doctor
I’ve seen Dr. Artima twice and I will continue to see her for any minor medical issues in the future. She is knowledgeable, kind, and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I didn’t need to wait to see her either. She also speaks English very well. I highly recommend her. 10/5 stars!
Recently, I had a lump removed from the back of my head at Dr Artima Medical Clinic, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I was impressed with the professionalism and customer care at Dr Artima Medical Clinic. A month on from the minor surgery, I can say I am extremely pleased with the end result. I would have no hesitation in making an appointment with Dr Artima Medical Clinic again, if ever I have a need to do so. 👍👍👍
Dr. Artima is very professional, competent and concerned about the patient's well-being. I have successfully undergone medium-complexity procedures at her clinic. She also does a good follow-up via Line. I'll come back whenever I need to.
Feeling sick in a different country to your own is a daunting experience, but Dr Artima instantly put me at ease. She was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say. She did a very good analysis of my symptoms and I felt at ease knowing I was in safe hands. The positive experience didn’t stop once i’d left the clinic, I was waiting on lab results of my blood test and Dr Artima emailed me that same day with results and the next steps. Since then I have been emailing her back and forth, her replies are very prompt and detailed. I would recommend her to anyone - and especially to my fellow backpackers.
